Abstract

The database “Written Treasures”, created within the project “The Written Treasures of Lower Danube” (ROBG-290), funded under the Crossborder Cooperation Programme INTERREG Romania – Bulgaria V-A, Priority Axis 2: “Green Region”, Specific Objective 2, is presented. 1: “Improving the sustainable use of natural heritage and cultural heritage resources”; Thematic Objective 6: “Preserving and protecting the environment and promoting the efficient use of resources”; IP 6c: “Preserving, protecting, promoting and developing natural and cultural heritage”. The institutions involved in the construction of the database are presented. Its objectives and ways for its sustainable development are outlined.
