Publication Ethics Statement
Introduction
The Izdatel/Publisher journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and ensuring the integrity of scholarly research. These guidelines are based on the principles of transparency of submission, peer review and editorial process, and aim to provide clarity for authors, reviewers, and editors. The journal tolerates responsible usage of scientific data and results aligned with social ethics and local, national and international legislation. The journal has a clear guideline for disclosing conflicts of interest for aggregators in the scientific publication process.
Ethical Duties of the Editor
1.1. Fair Evaluation
Manuscripts are evaluated according to their academic value, which is assessed in terms of factors such as originality, clarity, actuality, and relevance of the journal scope. In making these assessments, the editors do not consider factors such as gender, race, ethnic origin, political, religious philosophy, or social or institutional affiliation of the authors. The editorial team is solely responsible for all decisions about the editing and publication of texts and is not subject to any external influence.
1.2. Peer Review
The editors guarantee that all manuscripts submitted for publication are subjected to a double peer-review process involving two experts on the relevant topic.
The editors are committed to maintaining the anonymity of authors and reviewers.
1.3. Author and Reader Interests
In undertaking any work on publication improvement or making any necessary corrections, the editors should always consider the interests of the authors and the readers. The articles and reviews in the journal are published after the author has signed the consent declaration.
1.4. Confidentiality
The editors and editorial staff will not reveal any details about a given manuscript to any individual outside of those directly engaged in the evaluation and publication process, whether the author, a reviewer, or any other party.
1.5. Ethical Violations
In the event of ethical violations, the editors will take prompt and appropriate action, regardless of whether the paper is published or still under review. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of plagiarism, data manipulation, misleading information, multiple submissions of the same paper and self-plagiarism, falsification of authorship, coercive authorship and any other actions that violate the ethical standards of scientific publication. Depending on the severity of the violation, the editors may take actions such as issuing a correction or retracting the paper.
1.6. Complaints and Appeals
The journal has a structured complaint and appeal process. Complaints regarding ethical breaches or editorial decisions should be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief, who will initiate an investigation and presented a full issue report in front of the journal’s editorial board. Appeals against rejection decisions must be submitted with a detailed explanation of the grounds for appeal, and will be reviewed by an independent editorial panel.
1.7. Post-Publication Discussions and Corrections
The journal encourages post-publication discussions through letters to the editor and commentaries. Corrections (corrigenda, errata) and retractions will be published by the author’s claim and editorial board decision in the next journal’s issue to maintain the integrity of the published record.
Ethical Duties of the Author
2.1. Ethical Standards
Articles in the Publisher journal must follow the current academic and social ethical standards. The use of false, unverified, or distorted facts that may lead to deception and incitement to hatred on religious, ethnic, race, social, or gender grounds is not acceptable. Publisher does not accept any form of overt and covert advertising. Additionally, publications proposed for print must not contain any commercial, ideological, or political messages.
2.2. Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cite all sources. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
2.3. Authorship and Contributorship
Authorship is limited to those who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All contributors must be listed, and presented via their institutional affiliation
2.4. Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial, personal, or professional relationships that could compromisetheir research or editorial decision.
2.5. Data Sharing and Reproducibility:
Authors are encouraged to promote and disseminate their work on authorized academic open-access science platforms. Authors are strongly encouraged to make the data that underlies their research available, through appropriate scientifically verified repositories, where ethically and legally permissible.
2.6. Intellectual Property
The published texts can be used freely for non-commercial purposes with attribution to the author. The journal utilizes a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International CC BY-NC.
2.7. Authors Declaration
Authors complete, sign, and send to the Editors a Declaration of Compliance with the Publisher Journal’s Ethics Policy.
Ethical Duties of the Reviewer
3.1. Confidentiality
The reviewers commit to respect anonymity (their own and that of the author) and not to disseminate the reviewed manuscript, thus complying with the requirements and ethical principles of peer review process.
3.2. Objectivity
The reviewers will approach the manuscript fairly, objectively, and critically, adhering to the outlined ethical standards.
3.3. Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts where conflicts exist.
3.4. Reviewer data
The reviewers agree to submit the number of their reviews to scientific databases.
3.5. Reviewer anonymity
The editors are committed to maintaining the anonymity of reviewers during the editorial process and after the publication of the article.
3.6. Review Process
The manuscript and the review form are sent from the editor’s email. Articles under review are preprocessed and do not include the authors’ names and official details and affiliation. All papers received are treated as confidential and are not subject to public comment.
After reading, verifying, and analyzing the manuscript, the reviewer completes the attached form and enters their name, official details (institution, address, email), and ORCID ID number. Once ready, the review is returned to the editor’s email and is considered accepted when the reviewer receives a formal letter of thanks from the editorial office. The Editorial Office is not obligated to accept a peer review that does not meet the academic criteria and code of ethics of scientific peer review. The completed reviews are anonymized and send to the authors for further discussion and execution of the comments.
